Questions Used To Obtain the National Data	From the 2002 National Health Interview Survey: > Has [childs's name] EVER had [his/her] vision tested by a doctor or other health professional?
Expected Periodicity	Periodic.
Comments	All children who were reported to have everhad their vision tested by a doctor or otherhealth professional (a response of "yes" tothe above question) were considered to havemet the criteria for this objective. For some measures, data do not meet the criteria for statistical reliability, data quality, or confidentiality and have been suppressed.
